I have afew questions regarding Fransat package at 5W.
What is cheapest HD receiver? Is it possible to record videos from channels to watch it on PC i.e unencrypted with a official supported receiver, module and card?

About the cheapest HD receiver, you could purchase a receiver with a card, or a cam with a card.

It's officially not possible to watch unencrypted on a pc (cam with CI+ capabilities). But if you use cam+card with special software on a computer to watch and record the raw material, it's an another story.

Another method : use an official fransat receiver, with an HDCP stripper on the HDMI out, and reccord this signal
